Schwarzbier Tasting And Recipe.

In this video I taste the Schwarzbier I brewed recently and I talk about the recipe and brewing.

The recipe.

OG 1047
IBU 27 IBU
SRM 20

53% Pilser malt
30% Munich malt
4% Corn meal
4% unamlted wheat
3% acid malt
3% Caraaroma 130 SRM
1.5% Black(Patent 500 SRM) malt
1.5% Roasted Barley(300SRM)

Hallertauer Hops 16 IBU 60 min.
Crystal Hops 11 IBU 60 min

WLP833 German Bock Lager

Step mash

60 C for 20 min
65 C for 20 min
72 C for 40 min
mash out at 78 C
