Sunrise September 11, 2012

Ran as much as I could (my first day running) and shaved 5 minutes off my best total walking time of 1:28:00.

I haven't run since high school! (20 years ago!)

My fitness is a work in progress.

Update Sept. 12:

Shins, thighs, glutes too sore today to walk my usual 6 miles. I was only able to ped out 2 today at a snail's pace of 3.5 mph.

Running again will have to wait another day.
