The importance of fitness in a survival situation

Short video demonstrating the importance of physical fitness in a survival situation. It's great to think that "adrenaline will get me through" but realistically if your not physically fit all "adrenaline" will do for you is speed up your heart attack.

While you may never have to run from Zombies, you may have to run. The drill showed in this video is NOT designed to be uber tacticool, show proper use of cover, etc. It is simply a drill to induce stress during training, show the need for good physical fitness, breathing control and how different shooting platforms may or may not be useful when winded. Filmed at a private OTG class in 2010.
