I guess this guy thinks he can eat NASDEX or NYSE stock, hell it's just a lot of electronic 1's and 0's in a computer down at Wall Street. Try going down to the local super market and buy anything with NASDEX or NYSE stock. On the way try buying fuel for your vehicle with stock. When paper money is worthless there is no currency to drive the economy. Furthermore; your credit, debit, check cards will mean nothing. This is just too simple; if you don't have a place to grow crops or raise cattle etc you will DIE from starvation. There will be NO food on the Grocery store shelves. No fuel at the Service station and the Government is going to be taking care of itself and as usual and you & I mean nothing to them. Furthermore the Government will not be able to buy anything either, they will have to take it from some one, like you and me.
You better start growing some crops as soon as you can, remember it takes months for a seed to grow and produce. Get some chickens, rabbits, goats, sheep or whatever, just do it now. If you don't buy them now you worthless paper money, gold, stocks won't be able to purchase them later. You maybe able to barter for them if there is anyone who is willing to give up anything that is a support for their lives. Think of it, most people don't care whether you live or die; yes really. Think your just going to walk in the woods and pick up some McNuggets, dream on. What little Deer, Rabbit, Turkey etc, in the woods that there is will only last for a month if that long. And you’re not going to welcomed on other peoples land to get any of their Deer, Rabbit, Turkey etc.
The ONLY people who will survive without to much of discomfort is the secluded Quaker and Amish. These people may go under but it will be because so many other people will be stealing everything they have and they don't and won't fight to keep the food staples, crops, horses, cows, chickens etc.
It takes years to get to where you can be on a survival plane of existence equal to the Amish or Quakers. Not to mention being able to keep it in your possession; against roving bands of hungry people willing to kill to get what you have.
