In August, a Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey found that 57% would vote to replace the entire Congress and start all over again.
I guess Congress didn't get the message.
Now, two months later, in a FOX News poll (conducted by Opinion Dynamics Corp.) 64% say the country would be better off by throwing Congress out.
