True Story: Nail Gun Accident

I wonder if this comes with an extra battery...

As told by an eyewitness:

A couple of months ago a guy came into the hospital saying he had been shot by a nail gun, but I saw no nail or wound. He goes into the story and it went something like this...

"The dumb guy that works with me was climbing a ladder and I started up behind him and somehow he shot me with the nail gun... IN THE TOP OF THE HEAD!"

None of us could believe it, that this guy was still walking and talking.

Sure enough they did an x-ray and the head of the nail was flat against his skull under his scalp, so it couldn't be seen. An operation was done and he survived with no brain damage, somehow.

Anyways, it couldn't have been two weeks later, the same guy comes into the ER wheeling in another guy who was screaming in pain. It was no coincidence that this fella was suffering from a nail gun wound.

As it happens, this was the guy who had shot him in the head, somehow climbing a ladder above the first gent. It ended up, the guy who did the nailing in the first scenario, had somehow shot himself IN THE KNEE. The nail did what it was supposed to do and nailed his joint so it couldn't even move. After some surgery and all, this guy still walks with a limp.

I wouldn't have let the incompetent fool operate a nail gun after the first incident. This guy doesn't know how to keep his finger off of the trigger! Wow...
